Infant and Toddler Gentle Sleep Solutions - May 1, 2014

April 23, 2014

All parents want their children to develop good sleep habits from the beginning. The question is how do we create gentle sleep solutions?

Find out Thursday May 1st at 10:45 from Jessica Litwack, a Certified Gentle Sleep Coach and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

This lecture will give you the tools for sleeping success in your home. You will learn all about how children’s sleep develops, how to figure out when it is time for your child to sleep, ways to create healthy, sleep friendly habits and routines, as well as information about how and when to gently sleep coach your baby. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions about the sleep challenges you face.

Jessica is certified as a sleep coach from Kim West, LCSW-C, aka The Sleep Lady ®, a Certified Baby Planner through the International Maternity Institute, Founder of the online mom support group mamaSpace and the mother of two young children. With over 2200 active members, mamaSpace has grown to be an essential resource for moms and moms-to-be and has allowed Jessica to become “in-the-know” on all things “motherhood”. Jessica offers parent support classes and workshops in a variety of arenas including sleep consulting and intimate group support sessions. Prior to working in the area of family support, Jessica worked as a Jewish communal professional at the JCC, St. Louis Hillel and the Jewish Federation.
